A quick and easy salmon recipe! Add Wasabi Aioli for a kick.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 side fresh salmon, boned but skin on (about 3 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons good soy sauce
  • 6 tablespoons good olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Method

Step 1

Set oven for 350 degrees. Mix the last four ingredients together and baste the salmon. Place in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
