Super Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of kale (or spinach)
  • 1 banana, cut in half
  • 1 green apple, cut in quarters
  • 1 pear, cut in quarters
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup of pineapple, squared
  • 1-2 tablespoons of flax, hemp, chia seed (whichever you prefer)
  • Water to your liking of consistency (I use about 2 cups)

Method

Step 1

Place kale (salad mix) and all other ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Add more water if it is too thick.
