What’s Cookin’ Week of February 3rd

We survived the craziness of last week…Chris spent the week in West Palm Beach…boo hoo for him!  But, my mom was here to keep me company while we were in lockdown!  She still here this week so we have a full menu….thanks, Mom!

Monday:  Mahogany Beef Stew over egg noodles (kids will love these) and a big yummy salad

Tuesday:  Pan Fried Salmon with capers and artichoke hearts with edamame beans and whole wheat rolls

Wednesday:  Chicken Marabella over brown rice served with side of steamed broccoli and roasted tomatoes and asparagus

Thursday:  Leftovers

Friday:  Make your own pizza night!!

Saturday:  Cheesy Fish Sticks with Kale Salad

Sunday:  Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Casserole (leftovers for sure!!)
