What’s Cookin’ Week of July 30th and July 7th
After two weeks of traveling, we will be hopping in the car AGAIN and traveling for the 4th. So, our next two weeks are a bit scattered and I am thinking that I am going to be able to cook 5 times. So, there are my five times and this will include some leftovers….
The Fourth of July is coming up so enjoy your holiday and be safe.
What’s Cookin’ Week of June 30th and July 7th
Meatless Meal 1: Muffin Pan Frittatas with broccoli, not asparagus. Served up with biscuits and “Mix Together Any Fruit You Have On Hand” fruit salad
Meal 2: Warm Your Belly Bison Ragu with side salad of arugula, feta cheese, and cranberries. Drizzle salad with olive oil and lemon.
Meal 3: Salmon with Homemade Pesto Sauce from the basil from my summer garden over whole wheat pasta and broccoli (The pesto is defrosted from my freezer.)
Meal 4: Warm Your Belly Bison Ragu
Meal 5: Quick and Easy Grilled Lemon Chicken with Roasted Cauliflower, Red Pepper and Cherry Tomatoes
Meal 6: Marbella Chicken (easiest dish ever!!) served with basmati brown rice and broccoli
FOURTH OF JULY FEATURED DESSERT…
PEACH COBBLER WITH CRACKLE SUGAR TOPPING….not the healthiest of menu items but it looks super yummy!
AND IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING HEALTHIER….
