What’s Cookin’ Weeks of June 15th & 23rd

This is a very short cooking week for me.  We are going on vacation on Wednesday to see my lovely sister-in-law, Lacey, get married!  How fun….this means COOKING VACATION TIME!  But, I had a cooking day with my business partner, Ann, this week and we made a few recipes that were great.  So, we have having and ANN WEEK and all my recipes are from her blog.

What’s Cookin’ Week of June 15th

Meatless Meal 1:  Garden Lentil Bolognese served over whole wheat pasta and a side salad

Meal 2:  Buffalo Chicken Kabobs (this has a chicken wing flavor to it)

Meal 3:  Garden Mushroom Meatloaf served with green beans and mashed potatoes

Meal 4: Slow Cooker Mediterranean Salmon served with steamed broccoli and brown rice

I am a little unsure about fish in the slow cooker for two reasons…1) will it get overcooked in my slow cooker that sometimes overcooks things and 2) will my house smell like fish?  Guess we will find out.

Meal 5:  Szechuan Turkey and Green Beans served over jasmine ride (THIS RECIPE IS SOOOOO GOOD!!!!)

Meal 6: Pan Fried Tilapia served with Wheat Berry Salad and Sweet Potatoes (this will be good with the meatloaf from this week on leftovers night!

Breakfast for Dinner Meal 7:  Blueberry Pancakes with fruit salad – kids menu night!!!
