What’s Cookin’ Week of October 27th

Well, it has been a while since I last posted a menu.  That would be because I was only in town 2 days between Oct 6 to Oct 22!  Oh Boy did menu planning go out the window.  We survived but I have no travel plans in the near future (thankfully!!) so we are back on track starting now.  See, everyone gets off track every once in a while.

Menu Plan Week of Oct 27th

Meal 1:  White Spinach and Broccoli Pizza with Cranberry Almond Salad

Meal 2: Shrimp and Zucchini with Bowtie Pasta served with Roasted Carrots

Meal 3:  Pork Chops with Dijon Herb Sauce served with Broccoli and Apple Salad

Meal 4:  Chicken Soup with Carrots, Beans, and Chard served with Rosemary Bread or another whole wheat bread roll of your choice dipped in your favorite olive oil – you can see a picture of my favorite above from Benissimo by Hongar Farms right here in Atlanta.

Doesn’t this week’s menu sound superb??
