What’s Cookin’ Week of March 25th
I am in trouble!! I did not enter in my weekly menu from last week so we did not eat all week. We actually had some website issues that I was tending to so was not able to enter and by the time I got around to it, it was What Cookin’ Week of March 25th time, so we are forging ahead.
Hot diggity dog…Meatless Monday is breakfast for dinner. This is gold in my house. The kids love it. When we need to be somewhere, this is always a quick dinner.
What’s Cookin’ in the Baradel Home This Week
BREAKFAST FOR DINNER!!!…Muffin Pan Frittatas with broccoli, not asparagus. Served up with biscuits and “Mix Together Any Fruit You Have On Hand” fruit salad
Warm Your Belly Bison Ragu with side salad of arugula, feta cheese, and cranberries. Drizzle salad with olive oil and lemon.
Salmon with Homemade Pesto Sauce from the basil from my summer garden over whole wheat pasta and broccoli (The pesto is defrosted from my freezer.)
