What’s Cookin’ Week of September 22nd
Hey everyone! It has been a while since I posted my menu because we have been working hard on My Menutrition. We had a slight bump in the road so I will go back to posting my weekly menu until a later date.

Meatless Meal 1: Flatbread Pizzas served with side salad and fruit salad. I have link to a basic recipe here so you can see how to use the flatbread but you can just add your own toppings. I will do a pizza bar so my kids can pick and choose what they want…even though I know it will be plain old cheese pizza!! But, I will put out a ton of veggies for me.
Meal 3: Slow Cooker Balsamic Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin served with sweet potatos and green beans.
This recipe is SO good that my husband said he could eat it by the handful.
Meal 4: Using the leftovers from the whole roasted chicken, I will serve Chicken Pot Pie with a side of steamed broccoli
Meal 5: Using leftovers from pork tenderloin, serve pork sandwiches with a side of coleslaw and fruit salad
